    Glazed Meatballs


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cup ground beef
    • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 tsp finely chopped onion
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1-1/2 cups jelly ( apple , grape or whatever)
    • 1/2 cup ketchup


    Instructions


    1. Put first 7 ingredients in bowl, mix well. Shape into small balls. Heat jelly and ketchup in frying pan. Add meatballs. Simmer very slowly for at least 25 minutes, turning meatballs often. These can be served hot or cold. We like them better cold as an appetizer.
