    Overnight buns


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups water
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup margarine
    • 2 pkg dry yeast
    • 1 cup warm water
    • 3 eggs
    • 17 cups flour


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve two tbsp sugar in 1 cup warm water sprinkle yeast over top. Let sit 10 minutes. Combine hot water, salt, sugar and margarine. Stir until margarine is melted. Stir in yeast mixture. Add beaten eggs. Add flour and mix gradually. Start rolls at 5 pm and let rise until 10 pm. Shape into buns. Place on greased pans and cover. Let rise overnight. Bake in morning at 350 until light brown, about 15 - 20 minutes.
