    Butterscotch Pecan Squares ( Microwave)


    List of Ingredients


    • Base:
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup flour
    • Topping:
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 2 tbsp milk
    • 3/4 tsp vanilla
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and high for 40 seconds.Add Brown sugar and flour, mix until crumbly. Press mixture into 8 X 8 glass pan. Cook on high for
      3 1/2 minutes, until center is cooked. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 2 minutes. Set aside. For the topping, combine brown sugar, butter and milk. Cook on high for 3 minutes, until bubbling. Stir twice during cooking. Sprinkle pecans over the cooked crust and then pour syrup overall. Cook on high for 2 1/2 minutes.
