    Whipped Shortbread


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb butter
    • 1/2 cup cornstarch
    • 1 cup icing sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3 cups flour


    Instructions


    1. Beat butter, cornstarch and icing sugar together well. Add flour and vanilla and beat until very light and fluffy. Drop by teaspoon on pan and put cherry in center. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
