    Miniature Cheese Cakes


    List of Ingredients


    • 2-8oz pkg. cream cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3/4 cup sugar


    Instructions


    1. Beat the above ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Place a vanilla wafer in a baking cup( small or medium). Cover with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Top with your choice of fruit.
