Pumpkin Cheesecake
List of Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1-1/4 cup crushed gingersnaps
- Filling:
- 2-8 oz pkg cream cheese , softened
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1-14 oz can pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Crust: Melt margarine stir in crumbs. Press into ungreased 9 X 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar together well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until firm. Chill, garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
