    Pumpkin Cheesecake


    List of Ingredients


    • Crust:
    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1-1/4 cup crushed gingersnaps
    • Filling:
    • 2-8 oz pkg cream cheese , softened
    • 2/3 cup white sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1-14 oz can pumpkin
    • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp ginger
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Crust: Melt margarine stir in crumbs. Press into ungreased 9 X 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

    2. Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar together well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until firm. Chill, garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
