    Fresh Fish Cakes


    List of Ingredients


    • 4-5 Fresh whitefish, rainbow, whatever!
    • 3-4 eggs
    • 15-20 crumbled crackers-not too fine
    • Seasoning- salt, pepper, garlic, whatever!


    Instructions


    1. Poach fish so you can remove the meat from the bones easily. Make sure there are no bones left. Mix all above together and form nice sized patties. Fry in butter and oil mixed until golden brown.
