Blackberry Jam
List of Ingredients
- 3 cups crushed blackberries
- 1 pkg powdered fruit pectin
- 2 cups water
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Add water and pectin to crushed fruit. Stir until pectin is dissolved. Heat to boiling. Boil 5 to 10 minutes. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Boil 5 minutes stirring frequently until thick. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
