Summer Borsch
List of Ingredients
- 1 Gallon water
- Ham bone
- 1/2 cup dill
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 2 quarts cubed potatoes
- 1/2 quart buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream
Instructions
- Boil ham bone in the water for 1/2 hour. Add onion and dill. Boil for another 1/2 hour. Add cubed potatoes and boil until tender. Add buttermilk, sour cream and cream. Bring to a boil and salt to taste.
