    Horseradish Cheese Spread

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. process American cheese, cubed
    1/2 cup prepared horseradish
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Melt cheese in top of a double boiler over simmering water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Spoon into containers and refrigerate.

    Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.

    Yield: 4 cups.
