Kami's Cucumber Spread

Saw this recipe over at the ezboard. Can't wait to try it. We are giant fans of cucumber in this house. Plus I know that Kami loves to garden so this recipe is probably fantastic.


List of Ingredients




1 package cream cheese
Finely diced cucumber
Salt, pepper, and minced onion to taste
Mix with mayo

Let set over night, the flavor is better Then dip your chips or crackers in it. It is sooooo good!!!!
