2 3oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Strawberries, chopped
1/4 cup chopped Pecans
2 T. Honey
1 T. Milk
1/8 tsp. Ground Ginger
In a small bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Refrigerate overnite or at least several hours to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit or cubed pound cake.
