    Shrimp Mold

    List of Ingredients




    1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups chopped, cooked shrimp
    1 envelope knox gelatin
    1/2 cup tomato soup

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped onion, salt and shrimp. Soften 1 envelope gelatin in 1/2 can tomato soup in saucepan and heat to dissolve gelatin. Add shrimp mixture and chill in mold until set.
