    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces Cream of Coconut
    3 ounces crushed pineapple
    8 ounces pineapple juice
    1 cup crushed ice
    orange slice
    maraschino cherry

    Recipe



    Place measured ingredients in a blender and blend at high setting until smooth (about 30 seconds). Pour into glass and garnish with orange slice and cherry.

    Makes 4 servings.
