Hash Browns, Corned Beef & Eggs
List of Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 can corned beef, cut into chunks
6 eggs
Recipe
Cook potatoes according to directions on package, adding onion and green pepper to hash browns. When potatoes are done add corned beef. Let mixture get warm; using a tablespoon make deep depressions in the mixture. Break an egg into each depression and cover until eggs are set, but not hard cooked. Makes 6 servings.
