    Bread Machine: Cottage Cheese Corn Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup milk
    3/4 cup cottage cheese
    1 tablespoon drief onion
    2 teaspoons chillies
    2/3 cup cornmeal
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 2/3 cups flour
    2 teaspoon yeast


    Recipe

    One and Half Pound Loaf

    Rapid Bake-Dark Crust.

    Place all ingredients in bread machine. Bake as stated above.
