    Bread Machine Dough-Bread Sticks-Rolls

    List of Ingredients

    1 Cup Water
    3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
    1 Tbsp. Butter
    3 Cups Bread Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    3 Tbsp. Buttermilk Powder
    2 1/2 tsp. Yeast

    Recipe

    Place in bread machine. Use the dough cycle, and remove from pan:

    Bread Sticks:
    Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet. Heat oven to 425º.

    Form dough into Ping-Pong ball sized balls, and roll out, like a string. Twist to form bread sticks, and place on sheet.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Cloverleaf Rolls:
    Butter a muffin pan. Heat oven to 425º. Pick dough, about golf ball size. Form into three small balls.

    Place the three balls into a muffin cup, neatness not necessary.

    Brush with egg glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds (both optional).

    Bake for about 15 minutes.

    Knot Rolls:
    Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet. Heat oven to 425º. Pick dough, about Ping-Pong ball size. Roll out sausage style. Tie into a knot, and place on baking sheet.

    Cover with a cloth, and let rise for 20-30 minutes, until double in bulk.

    Brush with egg glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds (both optional).

    Bake for about 15 minutes
