1 cup Water
3 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsps. salt
2 3/4 cups Bread Machine Flour
1 tbsp. Gluten
1 tbsp. Lecithin
1 1/2 teaspoons Bread Machine yeast






Recipe



Place ingredients in machine as listed, unless otherwise stated for your machine.

1lb. loaf setting on light! Remember though, you know your bread machine best. If a higher setting works for most of your lighter breads then use that.

It toasts well and tastes good. You have to try this to believe it. Please don't try to make a larger loaf or you'll be cleaning it off the window!
