    Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

    1 (2 layer) pkg. Lemon Cake Mix
    1 (4oz) pkg. Lemon Instant Pudding mix
    1 cup Water
    1 tsp. Lemon Extract
    1/2 cup Canola Oil
    4 Eggs
    1/4 cup Poppy Seeds

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, lemon extract, oil, eggs, and poppy seeds in large bowl. Mix until blended. Spoon into 2 5x9" loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake 350º for 45 minutes or until loaves test done.

    Yield 24 slices.
