Sweet Potato Biscuits
List of Ingredients
6 ounces canned sweet potatoes or 3/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes
2 cups reduced fat Baking Mix
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup fat-free milk
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425º. Place canned sweet potatoes in a food processor and process until smooth. Add Baking Mix, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and milk. Process just until mixed. Drop batter onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown and completely done in the middle.
