    Veggie Bundt Bread

    List of Ingredients

    These biscuits are great with soup and salad.

    3 10 ounce cans biscuits
    1 cup butter
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    3/4 cup grated cheddar or Parmesan cheese
    1/2 pound bacon, fried, drained, crumbled

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350º.

    Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a large bowl. Saute' onions, bell pepper and celery in the butter for 5-10 minutes. Do not drain. Mix the grated cheese, bacon, and sauted vegetables into the quartered biscuits. Spoon into bundt pan.

    Bake 30-35 minutes or until biscuits brown. Invert onto a shallow plate that can catch the dripping butter.
