    Banana Pudding Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix
    1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup mashed bananas

    Glaze:
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    2 tablespoons milk
    1 dash vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Prepare pan by greasing and flouring; set aside.

    Preheat oven to 350º.

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil and banana. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool cake on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove cake and continue to cool on rack.

    Make Glaze: Wisk confectioner sugar, milk and
    vanilla in a bowl until smooth and of a drizzling consistancy. When cake is cooled, drizzle icing over entire cake.

    Optional:
    This cake can also be baked in a 9x13" pan, remember to reduce cooking time accordingly. To serve, top with sliced banana's and whipped topping.
