Heavenly Hash Cake
I got this recipe while working for the PS system. One of the substitute teachers started bringing in some great baked goods. We began to talk and share recipes and this is one that she not only shared but bought in for us to enjoy.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup melted Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Self Rising Flour
- 2 cups Nuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups small Marshmellows
- CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
- 2 T. melted Butter
- 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
- 4 T. Cocoa
- 1 1lb. box Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Mix all ingedients except marshmellows. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle with marshmellows cover entire cake.
- TOPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring butter and milk to a boil over med.low heat. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and beat well.
- Pour Topping over cake.
