Moist Yellow Cake

Delicate Two Egg Cake

2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons margarine (or butter)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs unbeaten
3/4 cup milk with 1 teaspoon vanilla in it.
Recipe
Method: Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream margarine and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time blending thoroughly after each addition. Add dry ingredients and milk with vanilla in it alternately to creamed sugar mixture (like this 1/3 of the flour then 1/2 of the milk,flour,milk and flour until all the ingredients are combined). Bake in two lightly greased pans, at 375� for 25 minutes
