    Pumpkin Bars


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
    • 2 cups Sugar
    • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
    • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
    • 1/2 tsp. Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
    • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. Cloves
    • 1 cup Canola Oil
    • 1 16oz. can Pumpkin or two cups fresh pumpkin
    • 4 eggs
    • CREAM CHEESE ICING
    • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
    • 1/3 cup Margarine, softened
    • 1 3oz. Cream Cheese, softened
    • 1 T. Milk
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


    Instructions


    1. Grease a 15x10x1" Jelly-Roll pan, set aside.
    2. In a large bowl blend all ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes more at medium speed.
    3. Pour into greased pan.
    4. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
    5. Cool completely before frosting with Cream Cheese Icing.
    6. CREAM CHEESE ICING
      In a small bowl, combine margaine and softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredints until thoroughly blended. Spread over cooled bars. Refrigerate any leftovers.
