Sweet Potato Cake

This is an easy, and very moist cake.


List of Ingredients




1 box Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix
3 large eggs
1 29oz. can Bruce's Sweet Potato Pie Filling


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease and flour a 9x13" pan. I use parchment paper on the bottom.

Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 44-50 minutes.

When cool ice with cream cheese icing.

Cream Cheese Icing
I don't measure much when I do this, so here goes.

I use 4oz. of cream cheese (1/2 of a large cream cheese)
3 tblp. margarine

Cream that together until smooth. Add powdered sugar, about 2-3 cups, with a small amount of milk (go easy, you can always add more). Blend together until smooth. If necessary add more powdered sugar or milk.
