    Anise Candy

    List of Ingredients




    2 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup light corn syrup
    10 drops red food color
    1 tablespoon anise extract

    Recipe



    Grease a 9x13" baking pan.

    Boil sugar, water and syrup to hard ball stage; 280º. Remove from heat, add anise and coloring. Stir and pour into prepared pan, cool and brake into pieces.
