Peanut Butter Roll Candy

2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup margarine
powdered sugar
peanut butter



Recipe



Add vanilla to margarine. Stir in enough powdered sugar to form a stiff dough. Place dough between two large pieces of wax paper and roll out into a long, thin, rectangle shape. Remove top piece of paper and spread dough with peanut butter. Roll up like a jelly roll, peeling back wax paper as you go. Wrap wax paper around outside of roll and chill several hours. Slice crosswise, 1/4 inch thick, using stainless steel paring knife. Store covered in a cool place.
