2 Qt. Casserole Starter
List of Ingredients
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
seasonings (optional)
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup grated cheese
Recipe
Butter a 2qt. casserole dish and sprinkle half the breadcrumbs on the bottom and sides. Fill with your choice of cooked noodles, pasta, beans or rice alternating with grated cheese and cooked meat and/or veggies.
Beat together the eggs and milk (here is where you can add spices as well to add to flavor). Pour over other ingredients. Top with the rest of the bread crumbs. Dot with butter.
Cover and bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes, removing cover and baking 10 minutes more.
