Ginger Snaps
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup molasses
2 eggs
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
Recipe
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls, but do not flatten. Dip half of cookie into sugar and place sugar side up on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
Makes about 100 cookies.
