Quick Lemon Pudding Cookies
List of Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk baking mix
1 (3.4 ounce) pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 egg
¼ cup oil
sugar
Recipe
Heat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients well. Roll dough into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheets. Dip bottom of glass into sugar. Press balls to ¼" thick. Bake 10 min. or until just golden brown on the edges. Cool on racks.
