Chicken'N Swiss Casserole
List of Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices swiss cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup milk
2 cups herb stuffing mix
1/2 cup melted butter
Recipe
Spray crock pot with nonstick spray. Arrange chicken breasts in crockpot and top with cheese, layering if necessary. Combine soup and milk; stir well. Spoon over cheese and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing. Cook on low 8 hours.
