Mocha Spritz
List of Ingredients
MOCHA SPRITZ
1 tablespon instant coffee crystals
1 teaspoon hot water
1 1/2 cups margarine
3 1/4 cups All-Purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe
Preheat oven to 400º
In a cup combine hot water and coffee crystals until dissolved; set aside.
In a large bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In a large bowl beat margarine until softened. Add sugar and continue beating; add egg and beat until fluffy. Gradually blend in flour mixture until well mixed.
Prepare cookie press with bar cookie design. On wax paper make rows of rectangles. Using a knife dipped in flour, slice cookie dough every two inches. Remove dough carefull from wax paper and place on ungreased cookie sheet about one and half inches apart. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
Bake about 7 minutes or until edges are firm.
Remove and cool on wire racks.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies
