    Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. white sugar
    2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    14 oz. bag miniature Reese's cups

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugars. Add peanut butter, egg and then vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place in miniature muffin tins (tart pans),. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown. Remove from oven and place one, unwrapped Reese's cup in center of each cookie. Leave in pan for 10 minutes. Then remove to cooling rack.
