Strawberry Coconut Cream Pie

List of Ingredients

1 Coconut Pie Crust-See Ice Cream Pie Crusts
2 cups cold milk
3 1/2 ounce pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
2 to 3 fresh whole stawberries
1/4 strawberry preserves




Recipe

In a medium bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; beat until well blended, about 1 minute. Pour into prepared crust; refrigerate 1 hour or until set.

Arrange strawberries on the top of pier. In a small bowl warm up preserves until melted. Slice pie and spoon warmed preserves over each slice.

Serves 8
