    Crock-Pot Banana Nut Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 18 1/2-ounce pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup water
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed banana (about 2 med.)
    1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine cake mix, soda, water, eggs, and mashed bananas. Beat 4 minutes on med-speed. Fold in nuts by hand. Pour into a greased and floured 2qt. mold, or the Bread n'Cake Bake pan. Place in crock-pot. Cover cake with 4-5 paper towels. Covr pot and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours. Invert on rack. Serve warm with sliced bananas and whipped topping.
