Crock-Pot Self Frosting Fudge Cake
List of Ingredients
2 1/4 (18 1/2 ounce size) cups Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake Mix
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 eggs
1/3 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons sugarRecipe
Combine cake mix, 3/4 cup wtaer, oil and eggs; beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured Bread n' Cake Bake Pan, or similar. Sprinkle pecan halves evenly over batter. Blend together chocolate syrup, 1/4 cup water, and sugar. Spoon chocolate syrup mixture evenly over pecan topped batter. Cover. Bake in covered Crock-Pot on HIGH for 2-3 hours.
Great served with a scoop of ice cream.
