    Carmel Glazed Bananas w/pecans

    Recipe Introduction


    A quick and easy dessert that is good served with just a whip cream topping or served over ice cream/frozen yogurt.
    NOTE: Make sure your bananas are ripe and not soft.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon pecans, whole or chopped
    • 1 banana (sliced)


    Instructions


    1. Have brown sugar, pecans and sliced bananas ready.
    2. In a skillet melt butter over low heat.
    3. When butter begins to sizzle, add the brown sugar and still to blend. Add bananas and stir gently until the slices are coated with the brown sugar glaze. Add pecans and stir gently for thirty seconds. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
