    Fresh Strawberry Pizza

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    3/4 cup chopped pecans

    Filling:
    1 cup margarine, melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 cups powdered sugar

    Glaze:
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    3 tablespoon cornstarch
    3 tablespoon strawberry Jello
    2 teaspoon lemon juice
    2 qts. fresh strawberries, sliced and halved

    Optional: Whipped Topping

    Crust:
    In mixing bowl, combine the crust ingredients. Pat evenly on bottom of pizza pan.
    Bake, then cool.

    Filling:
    Cream margarine, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

    Glaze:
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Stir over medium heat
    until thickened. Stir in strawberries. Spread over filling.

    When serving top with whipped topping if desired.
