    Pumpkin Crunch Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pumpkin
    1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tps. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup sugar
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º
    Prepare pan by spraying with cooking spray

    Beat all the ingredients except cake mix,nuts, and butter until well blended. Pour into prepared 13x9 pan. Sprinkle nuts evenly over cake. Evenly distribute melted butter.

    Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

    Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.

    Refrigerate any leftovers; if there are any :)
