    Crab Cakes

    These cakes make for a great summer dish. Don't forget to make the sauce, it's what makes these crab cakes extra special.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 T. lime juice
    • 1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty Italion Dressing mix
    • 2 cans 6oz. Crabmeat, drained and flaked
    • 1 cup Bread Crumbs(divided into two 1/2 cups)
    • 2 T. chopped green onion
    • Cool Lime Sauce
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1 T. Lime Juice
    • 2 tsp. Lime Peel
    • Mix all together and serve over crab cakes.


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingedients together.
    2. Shape into 8 1/2" thick patties.
    3. Coat each patty in remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    4. Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat, approximately 3 minutes each side.
    5. Serve with Cool Lime Sauce
