Crab Cakes
These cakes make for a great summer dish. Don't forget to make the sauce, it's what makes these crab cakes extra special.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 T. lime juice
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty Italion Dressing mix
- 2 cans 6oz. Crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs(divided into two 1/2 cups)
- 2 T. chopped green onion
- Cool Lime Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 T. Lime Juice
- 2 tsp. Lime Peel
- Mix all together and serve over crab cakes.
Instructions
- Mix all ingedients together.
- Shape into 8 1/2" thick patties.
- Coat each patty in remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
- Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat, approximately 3 minutes each side.
- Serve with Cool Lime Sauce
