    Jeannie's Smoked Fish Spread

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb Smoked fish
    2 tsps. Minced onion
    2 tsps. Finely chopped celery
    1 Clove garlic, crushed
    2 T. Finely chopped sweet pickle
    1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
    1 T. Prepared mustard
    Dash Of Worcestershire sauce
    2 T. Chopped fresh parsley

    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

    Recipe



    Remove skins and bones from fish. Flake fish well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill for a few hours or overnite.

    Serve with assorted crackers.
