    Butterscotch Topping

    Butterscotch Topping

    4 T. Unsalted butter; melted
    1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
    1/3 cup Light corn syrup
    1/3 cup Heavy cream

    In a small pot on stove, simmer first 3 ingredients 10 minutes. Let
    cool 5 minutes. Stir in the cream until smooth. Makes
    1 1/4 Cups. Store unused topping in refrigerator.
