Caramel Sauce
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
2 T. All Purpose Flour
1 cup Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
In a small saucepan, mix sugar, brown sugar and flour. Stir in cream until smooth. Stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil and continue boiling for 3 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat
Stir in butter and vanilla until blended.
Serve warm over ice cream.
