Strawberry Marshmellow Cream Pie

1 Chocolate Wafer Pie Crust-See Ice Cream Pie Crusts
Filling:
1 quart strawberry ice cream
3 egg whites
dash of salt
1 cup marshmellow creme
Recipe
Scoop or spoon ice cream into crust; place pie in freezer. To prepare meringue, beat whites and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add marshmellow cream, beating untilstiff peaks form. Spread meringue over ice cream pie, sealing to edge of crust.
Preheat broiler and broil pie about 30 seconds or until meringue is lightly browned. Freeze several hours or until firm. Remove from freezer cover with foil and return until ready to serve.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
