    Boston Market Meatloaf

    List of Ingredients

    Meat Mixture:
    1 1/2 lb. preferably ground sirloin - something with only 10% fat
    1/2 cup Minced onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 cup Drained diced tomatoes
    3/4 cup Plain bread Crumbs
    1 Egg

    Topping:
    3/4 cup tomato sauce
    2 tbsp. Sugar


    Recipe

    Prepare topping mix; set aside.

    Mix all meat mixture ingredients together until well blended. Place in a lightly greased bread pan. Remove 2 tablespoons of topping, pour remaining topping mixture over all and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.


    Remove from oven and drain excess grease from pan. Using a knife, carefully slice the meatloaf all the way through into 8 slices while it is still in the pan. This will allow the meatloaf to evenly finish cooking. Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of sauce over in a stream down the center. Don't spread the sauce. Place back in the oven to finish baking, approximately 25-30 minutes.
