Hickory Style Hamburgers
List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Topping:
BBQ Sauce
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together. Form into three patties and put on the grill. Use hickory type charcoal and smoke burgers for about 5 minutes, turn and smoke another 5 minutes. Top with cheese and pan-seared Canadian bacon. Serve on a bun with barbecue sauce.
