    Reuben Cheese Roll

    Source of Recipe

    Cook's Ham

    List of Ingredients

1 cup cooked Cook's brand Corned Beef, chopped finely or shredded
    1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
    4 tablespoons Thousand Island Dressing
1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
1/4 pound thinly sliced or shredded Swiss cheese

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll pizza dough onto a rimmed, greased cookie sheet. Flatten it and shape into a rectangle. Spread crust with Thousand Island Dressing, leaving a 1/2-inch margin of dough uncovered. Top with corned beef, distributing it evenly. Spread sauerkraut evenly over the meat. Top with Swiss cheese. Roll up dough, jellyroll style, starting with the long side. Pinch seams to seal and place the seam side down. Pinch both ends of the roll to seal.

Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the roll is golden brown. Cut into slices to serve.
