Jiffy Corn Muffins

I don't care for dry corn muffins. I know most people like them that way but I like mine moister than usual. I was watching Oprah many years ago and a woman gave this recipe. They are so good and really different.





List of Ingredients



• 1 Pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  
• 1/2 cup Creamed Corn
  
• 1 Egg
  
• 2 T. Canola Oil
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients together and Bake at 400º for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown in color. Makes approx. 10 muffins.
