Six-Week Moist Bran Muffins
List of Ingredients
1 box 15oz raisin bran cereal
3 cups sugar
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 cup oil or melted shortening
4 beaten eggs
1 Qt. buttermilk
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
Recipe
Mix together in a large bowl the dry ingredients. In another bowl combine the wet ingredients. Stir both mixtures well with mixing spoon to combine. Store mixture in a covered glass or plastic container. Mixture will keep up to 6 weeks refrigerated. Make as many muffins as you wish when needed. Place in lined muffin tins and bake 375º about 15-20 minutes or tested done.
